Answers before you call
How much does demolition cost?
It depends on the size, the materials, access, and whether there is asbestos. A standard single house knock-down in Perth usually lands in a clear range, and we give you a fixed quote after a quick site look so you know the full cost up front, disposal included.
How long does a house demolition take?
Once permits and disconnections are sorted, most single houses come down and are cleared in two to four days. Commercial jobs run to a program we set out with you before we start.
Do you handle asbestos?
Yes. We are licensed for asbestos identification and removal. We test where needed, remove it correctly, dispose of it at a licensed facility, and provide a clearance certificate so the site is signed off and safe.
Do I need council approval, and do you arrange it?
Most demolitions need a permit and service disconnections for power, gas, and water. We can guide you through it and coordinate the disconnections so nothing holds up the job. You sign where needed, we chase the rest.
What happens to the rubble?
It is all carted off in our trucks. We sort and recycle brick, concrete, steel, and clean timber where we can, so less goes to landfill. The price we quote includes the disposal.
Will my block be ready to build on?
Yes. We leave the site cleared, raked flat, and tidy, so your builder can start without extra clean-up. Spoil and capping levels can be arranged on request.
